PowerSchool Version 9.2 is out
I will be updating our PowerSchool version from 8.1 to 9.2 this winter break.
I like some of the new features in 9 and I think enough time has passed to upgrade in a more safer environment.
If you have a bunch of customizations installed. There’s probably a few changes in the latest version that may mess with your customizations.

Hey Paul, how did your transfer to 9.2 go? Is it all that its cracked up to be? Ours crashed badly on the initial jump to 9, and heard that happened with Vinit too.
We’re still on 8.1.0. We’re looking into getting new hardware before upgrade to 9. Did you also notice they increased system specs? 12 Core, 16 GB RAM minimum.
It’s already three or four versions into 9.X so it probably is stable enough to upgrade… I’ve heard there were issues with email not working and such.
